Auto One – Kalamunda

This building, although a prominent building in its area and with the need to satisfy the local authority planning requirements, it was equally important for the owners to get what they needed to make the most of this investment in the only substantial building to be built in the Town centre in recent decades.

Negotiated large format signage panels and two corporate coloured portions of the building give the owners unparalleled exposure for their retail business. In addition to the external appearance, the internal layout and fitout was paramount to the owner, and we worked with them to provide the best layout, a clear floor with no internal columns for the main roof, and minimal supports for the mezzanine.

ADTC Architects – Midland

Having rented for a number of years, we as a practice had been looking for a suitable new office to purchase and undertake our own fit-out to customise our working space to illustrate our design skills and taste.

In addition to the design and documentation of the new office,  the staff and I undertook most of the actual work including new ceilings and wall, timber and plasterboard suspended features and even the tiled and carpet floor treatments. We utilised regular sub-contractors for electrical, air-conditioning and the like for works outside our experience, and the whole process added to our education as Architects.

We have recently completed our external signage above the office’s shopfront, and if you are in need of this type of signage, we can assist in a version for you. Come by and have a look at the cor-ten steel and illuminated sign for yourselves.

Luxaflex – Midland

Having worked with Luxaflex – Midland to provide window treatments to a number of residential and non-residential projects, we were delighted when Tim and Cathy Roxby approached us to assist in their new retail design and fit-out of their current premises.

The owners had a clear idea of what they were looking for and we assisted in finalising the design, creating unique custom-made furniture including a selection table designed specifically for this client to house their sample and display the options to their clients.

During fit-out we were also involved on a need-to basis to assist the owners to project manage to achieve the high level of finish to match their high quality product range.
